I have been in financial services for over 35 years. Far too many stapling and photocopying, but more latterly helping friends and clients, plan for, and thrive in retirement. 

Too many people start decumulating too late or are too frugal in the years they should be maxing out. No-one can state exactly how many active years you have to enjoy, but it’s highly possible to design a financial plan to ensure you live life to the max.

After a long career with Aegon, developing their advisor accounts, culminating in running the largest National Account, Openwork. I jumped the fence to advise and joined a real entrepreneurial business in Charles Derby. Specialising in Defined Benefits Transfers, helped to build a £250k pm Specialist Team. Really excited for the next period of my career before planning my own decumulation!
